Jess comes to us from the Chicago craft beer world. With 15 years experience in operations, merchandising, sales, and marketing in that do-it-yourself environment, she’s no stranger to wearing many hats and making sure sh*t gets done. When it comes to Jess’ work ethos, creative small businesses are her jam and being a part of the VISITOR team is an exciting next step.

Outside of work, you can find Jess researching her neighborhood and family histories, exploring with her dog Mack, photographing all the things, and daydreaming about her next trip to a new city or natural wonder.
