Jess comes to us from the Chicago craft beer world. With 15 years experience in operations, merchandising, sales, and marketing in that do-it-yourself environment, she’s no stranger to wearing many hats and making sure sh*t gets done. When it comes to Jess’ work ethos, creative small businesses are her jam and being a part of the VISITOR team is an exciting next step.

Outside of work, you can find Jess researching her neighborhood & family histories, exploring with her dog Mack, raising money for One Tail at a Time, and walking dogs at Chicago Animal Care & Control.
