Really enjoyed getting to know how Monroe shocks and struts are made at their factory in Paragould, Arkansas. Even better was getting to spend some time with the folks who make them as they were all extremely passionate about quality and safety.
Their products are made from scratch to exacting specifications and working with Director/DP Chris LeClerc’s excellent location footage to tell their story was a real treat. We did three long-form interview pieces for this project, each about a pillar of the Monroe philosophy: People, Product and Promise.
Those three elements are so intertwined that one real challenge with this project was making sure we kept the pieces distinct and with their own character. We had so much good footage we immediately knew the Product video would follow the process of the production from beginning to end. And with 9+ hours of interviews to comb through, the rest of the story telling fell into place.
