Comedy spots are some of our favorite to cut because so much of their effectiveness is in the timing. We like to think that a lot of that magic happens in post but, of course, you need footage that has some of that timing baked in and luckily, Matt Byori is a master of getting quality options in-camera. When we went through this footage we had so many little bits we could choose from (even with a very tight shooting schedule) thanks to a great relationship between Matt as director and Brendan Mulhern as our always-in-the-way announcer. Really happy with the way this turned out thanks to great preparation and execution in the kitchen.
