True Classic is a sportswear brand that experienced exponential growth in a very short amount of time. To capture this explosion of exposure, they needed to act fast and establish their brand’s unique voice in a sea of competitors. Ryval Studios brought me (Andy) on to cut True Classic’s very first TV campaign and I was incredibly excited to have the opportunity to work with such a cool brand and edit these comedic spots shot by some of my favorite collaborators.

Luckily we had some freedom to go long with one of the :30s, featured here. With all the great comedic performances, there was just too much good stuff in “Dad Bod” to leave on the floor. It’s quite a luxury to be choosing which takes are the funniest rather than just the ones that “work” and this footage was full of funny.
